"Elena Pavlova (Bulgarian: Елена Павлова) is a Bulgarian writer and translator. She writes science fiction and horror novels, short stories and gamebooks. She uses various pseudonyms, including Vеrgilе Dreamond, Christopher McDowell, Lenny King and Elijah Jowitt. She is the author of couple of novels, some novelettes and 25 gamebooks, as well as many short stories.
Her translations include works by Isaac Asimov, Roger Zelazny and Glen Cook, most recently - Peter Watts, Robert McCammon, Alastair Reynolds and John Scalzi.
She has won a number of Bulgarian national literary awards and is a proud member of the Horror Writers Club LAZARUS."
